Process for Franchise Sales Prospect

1. Complete Information Form ( Franchise Request for Consideration )
2. Receive and review Franchise Sales information.
   a. Understand the principals, industry, & franchising concept
   
3. Complete and submit Franchise Application.
4. Once application is returned:
   a. Receive the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) and return the acknowledgement of receipt for the document.
   Secure sufficient credit lines to purchase the number of vehicles needed according to business plan.
   
5. Receive final approval, by Payless Car Rental of your Franchise Application.
6. Provide Payless Car Rental with a copy of the Articles of Incorporation for the rental business.
7. Receive franchise agreement.
8. Visit Payless Car Rental Corporate office in St. Petersburg, Florida, tour facility and meet with the Officers and Department Heads.
9. Contract execution.
